Who We Are

I, Sam Karuchit (Chef and owner) came to the U.S. in 1979 to continue my education and graduated MBA from Central State University, Edmond Oklahoma.  During school I worked in many restaurants, cooking and managing.  In 1981, I moved to Columbus, Ohio and started a family.  I continued to work with food businesses.  Since 1986, I started my own restaurant in Ohio Center Mall "Samurai House" with Thai and Japaneses cuisine.  My second restaurant was named "Thai Oriental Express" in Powell, Ohio with Thai and Oriental cuisine.  From 2006 to present, I moved to the third restaurant "Bahn Thai Bistro".   I am proud to offer a real Thai menu.
